Background/Experience:
Originally from North Dakota, Terra begins her first year with the Three Rivers Park District. She began playing golf at a young age and has competed nationally at the junior, college, and professional level. Terra played golf at the University of Minnesota for 4 years, earning the top position on the team for two and a half seasons. She was named captain of the Golden Gophers her junior and senior years. She competed in national events as an amateur, including one U.S. junior girls amateur and 2 U.S women's amateur events. After graduating from the U of M with a degree in Kinesiology, Terra pursued a professional career on the Duramed Futures tour. She contributes her success as a player to her swing coach of 5 years, Peter Krause, 2005 National PGA Teacher of the Year. As a member of the Duramed Futures tour Terra was an instructor for numerous golf clinics. She has also assisted with the LPGA-USGA junior girls' golf program. She presently serves as Assistant Women's Golf Coach at the University of Minnesota is working on her LPGA Teaching Certification.
