1. Login
When you first access the TeeMaster Network, a free membership will be issued. Select your own unique user name and password.

2. Search for a Course
Next you will search for a course by any number of criteria. Searches are available by specific name, location, price, rating, length, slope, and number of holes.

3. Search for a Time
Once you have selected a course, you will next enter your tee time criteria. The System will display available tee times at the course that best meets your time criteria. If you are more concerned about when you play rather than where, enter your time criteria and TeeMaster will display tee times at ALL TeeMaster member courses.

4. Reserve the Time
When you see the time you want to play, click on the "Tee Me Up!" button and it’s yours. Next, tell the System who you're playing with. Then, select the number of riding carts you require or if you wish to walk. When you confirm your tee time, the system will add your name directly to the tee sheet at the pro-shop, in real-time.

5. Confirm the Time
To confirm your reservation, you must secure your tee time with a credit card. This step is necessary to protect the course. If you do not have a credit card number on file, the system will prompt you for your credit card number. Enter this information and TeeMaster will authorize your tee time through an industry standard secure, encrypted information transfer. Course policy will determine whether you must prepay or simply pre-authorize. At courses where you pre-authorize, you will pay when you check-in at the course. After authorization, the system will issue you a unique confirmation number. We suggest you print the confirmation page, which will include information regarding cancellations, rain checks, spike policy, dress code, and other information which you will find helpful. The confirmation page will also have directions to the course and perhaps some money saving coupons for use during your visit to the course.

6. Search for Your Reserved Tee Times
If you lose your confirmation number or need to cancel, it’s no problem. Log into the TeeMaster Network to view your reserved tee times. This will provide you with your tee times, confirmation numbers, and other reservation information.

Cancellations and Modifications
You may also cancel your reservation through TeeMaster. Log into TeeMaster, select your tee time reservation and click the cancel button. The individual courses will dictate their cancellation policies. We will inform you of the course cancellation policy before you book your tee time and if you are within the cancellation policy of the golf course on which you are booked.

To modify a reservation you need to do one of the following:

1. Click on "My Reservations" on the left hand menu. You’ll need to cancel and rebook the reservation for the correct number of players. After you log in your current active reservations will display. Click on the reservation you would like to modify and click the cancel button. Quickly rebook the reservation for the correct number of players, but do this fast so no one else can book in the tee time.

2. Contact the course directly and they will be able to modify the reservation.

3. Contact the TeeMaster reservation call center at (952) 525-1100 and one of our agents will be able to make the change for you..

Choice
If you do not wish to make the reservation through the Internet, you can contact TeeMaster’s Call Center where one of TeeMaster’s reservation consultants will secure your tee time for you. TeeMaster will help avoid busy signals by providing access to tee times directly over the Internet. Our reservation number is (952)525-1100.
